'Ideologyology'

I aim to discuss meta-theory and ideology and the study of these.  I am especially interested in the Greeks, as well as Marx, Hegel, Heidegger and Carl Schmitt, and more contemporary thinkers like George Walford and Robert Nozick - but I hope and expect to cover quite broad ground encompassing lots of different traditions.

I also have a particular interest in finding a meta-theory that can address parochial human needs and much of my efforts are aimed at that goal.

The term 'Ideologyology', which I use as the title of the blog, is a neologism of my own and is just a play on words.  Actually the correct term would simply be 'ideology', which itself literally means 'the study of ideas'.
